Location in the vicinity to nanjing road. The apartment was within walking distance to Subway bus stop. You won’t be disappointed if you eat at juewei duck neck, which is in front of the venue. Free WiFi is in all rooms

The location is very convenient. We had an appartment on the 22nd floor with a nice view on The Bund. In hardly 10 minutes you stroll towards it and have a great view on Pudong. The appartment itself is spacious enough for two people, three would be a bit too much. It offers a washing machine, a fridge, a sink and a water boiler and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The two spacious beds are really good to Chinese standards.
The entrance is at the corner, not where the taxi driver dropped us of following the Chinese instructions the confirmation gave us. The interior of the corridors is outdated and give a shabby impression. The bathroom could use an update but ... it is clean ! a pity there were no plates nor cutlery, so we had to buy those at the local supermarket down the street.

I liked the hotel although the room wasn´t really clean. The view is wonderfoul. I stayed 13º floor. It is easy to get there from the Pudong airoport: first take the maglev train and then the taxi (30-40 yuan). The hotel is near the Bund (15 min by walk) where you can take the turistic bus (we pay 300 yuan for 3 days and we use for 5 day, the driver doen´t check the ticket due date). you can go out at night around the Bund: in number 18 you can find the "Bar Rouge" and "Mr and Mrs Bund" and near this building the "M on the bund". Near the hotel there is a Starbucks. Also you have a microwave, laundry, 2 channell in english.will probably stay in the same place again, but will ask for a thorough cleaning in advance.
not easy to find - should put clear English signs at the entrances to the building - they are on 12th floor, you have to enter inside another hotel and go to the 12th floor. The apartement wasn´t very clean. you will only see the HengSheng peninsula international hotel. Don't worry, ask the staff there and take the lift to 12th floor, you can find the 1210room and it's the reception lol. Actually its a bit weird to check in and out in a hotel room. 2)

Great view, washing machine and a bit of a kitchenette. Wooden floor. Great if you're staying longer and want to unpack completely and relax in your own peace. The neighboring streets are packed with small restaurants/eateries that are open till late. Laundry right opposite the hotel. Enter from the hotel side, inside take the lifts behind the glass doors to go to the 12th floor for the registration. Some might find the loft bed strange, I liked it.
Swimming pool out of order. The rooms need to be cleaned really well after guests leave, only sweeping the floors won't do. Spent an hour washing the closets before putting my things in. No bugs or cockroaches around, but the surfaces need proper washing. There are a lot of lights in the room, but only 30 % of them work, and most of them are bluish energy saving bulbs though the, other vice funky, room is designed for warm and halogen lights. The rather thin mattress might be an issue for the heavy built ones. I will probably stay in the same place again, but will ask for a thorough cleaning in advance.

This apartment hotel is really lovely. 1) The window view is super great. I could see Shanghai at 180*degree. Could see the bund. I really enjoy the view and always have a seat in front of the window every night. 2 ) The apartment location is quite nice. It's near the bund and it takes around 10-15minutes to walk there. Also, it takes around 10-15minutes to walk to the nearest metro too. 3) There are quite a lot of restaurants nearby. I tried two restaurants and they were super tasty and cheap. I even went down and eat for a few times during my 3 days trip.
Please be reminded this apartment is on the 12th floor. 1)When you find the address there, you will only see the HengSheng peninsula international hotel. Don't worry, ask the staff there and take the lift to 12th floor, you can find the 1210room and it's the reception lol. Actually its a bit weird to check in and out in a hotel room. 2) The apartment could be cleaner and re-decorated. It looks a little bit dirty and old. But it's still fine and not that bad.

Execellent location, beautiful views looking over the bund area. Small and compact unit. Would definitely my choice on the next trip
Ideally there should be more directionto the hotel or a location map

Excellent location really near the Bund and everything u need. Very comfortable. There is a washing machine with washing line and small kitchenette. The shower worked well as did the internet connection. The apartments are a little hard to find. You must enter the 4 star hotel which has the same name and turn left, go through a glass door and then right to the lifts and go to the 12th floor where u must knock at a door with big chinese writing on it. There is no reception as such u go into someone's flat to check in.
As with most places in China there is practically no information whatsoever in English but with a bit of patience everything is manageable.

Great location & view; excellent price
Not very clean (e.g. bugs under the sink); poor maintenance - there was a leak from the ceiling during heavy rain

The view was great!!! Location as well. Lady in the reception could undestand us in english.
It wasn't too clean. They didn't clean it, they just bring toilet paper taking the trash. But it wasn't that bad for this price and location. I didn't like that the cepetion wans't 24 hours. Only from 9-18.
